Who and What do you shoot?

This awkward question inevitably comes up in every conversation I have with someone looking to get photographs done- especially when we are talking about boudoir photography! I know reaching out to a photographer can be intimidating and when looking for someone to shoot you intimately it can be down right terrifying!!! So what do I shoot?

My answer?? EVERYONE & EVERYTHING

Really? Yes! Really!! As a photographer I am often told to fit into a box – be “bright & airy” or “dark & moody” – sweet, sultry, or erotic- but y’all – there isn’t a box in the world that can contain me – and I’m sure as hell not gonna expect you to fit in one either!

Boudoir is all about CELEBRATING YOU! And I don’t just mean the side that’s wearing cute lingerie & smiles sweetly at the camera (that side rocks & we will totally shoot that!)- I want to capture the AUTHENTIC YOU!

So what’s off limits? Beautiful human – nothing is!!
